Facilitators

Darlene Boileau  is a former ADM in the federal Public Service. She is a recognized collaborative leader, proven strategic thinker and decision maker. She has over 30 years of experience and has worked in social, economic and security line departments and portfolios as well as holds central agency experience (Treasury Board) and has chaired international forums under the OECD. Darlene is well versed in dealing with all organizational levels on matters related to financial, policy and legislative frameworks. During her career she has had the opportunity to collaborate with senior government executives, CEOs and regularly briefed Ministers, Senators and other Parliamentarians.

Darlene’s non-government organization experience includes management consulting, facilitating, mentoring and financial assistance to nonprofits working with government grants and contribution programs. She currently sits as a Board member for Veteran’s House Canada, and is active on a number of its committees (Finance, Governance and Local advisory).
